Any Physical Store I Can Visit?

BeijinWorld Halloween Christmas Suit Factory is an online retailer. We provide our own products when an order is made. Due to this model, we do not need to carry any inventory, and we are able to offer exceptionally affordable prices for personalized christmas products.

 

What Are Your Customer Service Hours?

Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. We are closed on the weekends but we do extend our hours during busy periods. For further assistance, please email FNJShfhj46567@hotmail.com.

 

Is There A Receipt In The Box?

There are no receipts put in the box so that it can be shipped directly to someone as a gift. The only receipt you will receive is by email with the order confirmation email.

How Can I Get To Know If My Issue Falls Under The Warranty?

To determine if your issue is covered by our warranty or by Extend, please email our customer service team at FNJShfhj46567@hotmail.com with your item code, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

How Do I Check My Order History?

You can view your order history by logging into your account. To log into your account, click on the login icon in the top right corner of your screen and fill in your login information. Once you have logged in into your account, select Order History to see your past purchases.
